Our Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time: We ship all orders via USPS Media Mail, which is an economical shipping method for books. Estimated delivery times vary based on location but typically range between 2-10 business days.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the destination. You will see the shipping cost at checkout before finalizing your purchase.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
- USPS Media Mail is restricted to books and other educational materials; non-media items cannot be included in the shipment.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Delayed Shipments: While USPS Media Mail is a cost-effective option, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays due to postal service disruptions. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, please contact us at [your contact email] for assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a refund.
Returns & Refunds: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
